What affects the final quote
- Collection size: Metadata reviews covering more than 500 tokens require a scoping email so we can estimate prep time. Large collections may need a follow-up session.
- Custom materials: If you request printed diagram sets or translated glossary excerpts, material costs are added at cost plus ₩15,000 handling.
- Group sessions: Up to three participants can share one session at the listed rate. Each additional participant adds 30% of the base fee.
- Repeat bookings: Readers who book three sessions within six months receive a 10% reduction on the fourth session.
Deposits and cancellation
A 30% deposit confirms your slot once a date is agreed. Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of booking, or if we cancel the session. See our refund policy for rescheduling and no-show terms.
